Shipping conditions

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries:
Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Romania, and Iceland.

Exclusion of deliveries to islands:
Shipping to the following islands is excluded:
Hiddensee, all North Frisian islands, all East Frisian islands, and Chiemsee.

Shipping costs

Deliveries within Germany

• Flat shipping cost: 5.90 EUR per order
• Free shipping for orders over 100.00 EUR
• Island surcharge (German islands): 17.90 EUR

Deliveries abroad
The shipping costs for international deliveries are as follows:

• Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg: 17.90 EUR per package
• Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Liechtenstein: 24.90 EUR per package
• Bulgaria: 34.90 EUR per package
• Romania, Iceland: 74.90 EUR per package

Delivery to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend the service provided by MeinEinkauf.ch.
This service handles all customs formalities and delivers the goods directly to your doorstep – quickly, affordably, and fully cleared through customs.

Delivery times

The delivery times vary depending on the type of goods. Please always check the delivery times specified directly on the product.

• Stock items:
  Orders for stock items are generally delivered within 1–3 business days within Germany and within 5–7 business days for international deliveries.
• Dropshipping or cross-docking:
  For items delivered via dropshipping or cross-docking, delivery times may vary. These are individually noted on the respective product.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Note for orders with different delivery times:
If you order items with different delivery times, the order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability. This ensures that you receive available items as quickly as possible. The delivery time for each package is based on the availability of the items it contains, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Self collection

If you would like to pick up your items yourself, we will inform you via email about the availability and pickup options.

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00–16:00
